The design of our purchasing
centers is flexible in order to handle the unique needs of our clients.
Some examples of typical projects are as follows:
- Total outsourced solution
Diversitech has managed the supply chain responsibilities for
many overseas clients, from start to finish. We are typically
responsible for all tactical decisions and deliverables from order
placement to product delivery. As discussed above, we can assist
in selecting the appropriate China supplier, insuring timely production,
controlling and managing the qualityl, and managing the logistics.
- Turnkey solution
If we determine that it is desirable to maintain a purchasing
center in China, Diversitech can get the center up and running,
allowing our client to their own staff or take over a fully functional
staffed purchasing center that Diversitech has dedicated to this
assignment.
- Blended solution
Some of our clients opt to provide us one or two key employees
to help us provide a unique solution, and to work with the supporting
local infrastructure and staff that Diversitech has assembled.
